1. Application Period

- Customized / personalized products (non-quality issues)
- Intimate apparel, opened beauty & personal care
- Food, supplements, perishables
- Digital goods (codes, accounts, memberships, downloads)
- Clearance / final sale items
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items affecting resale
3. Refund Terms

4. Processing Time
- Support response within 24 hours
- Return & refund: 5–10 business days after inspection
- EU: refund within 14 days of receiving return (by law)

- Card refunds: 7–15 business days; PayPal/Stripe: 3–7 business days
5. Return Process
- Buyer submits order number + photos + issue
- Seller approves and provides RMA number + return address
- Buyer returns item and provides tracking number
- Warehouse inspects within 3 business days
- Approved: refund; Not approved: notification provided
6. Important Notes
- Cross-border taxes (VAT, duties) are non‑refundable.
- Buyer is responsible for proper packaging.
- Malicious returns / fraud may result in denied service and account restrictions.
7. Compliance
- EU / UK: mandatory 14‑day free return
- US: 30‑day free return recommended
- Policy subject to local laws and latest website version
