1. Application Period

  • Free Returns (EU, UK, US & CA)Submit within 14 calendar days after delivery (required by EU law). Other markets: up to 30 days.
  • Quality / Wrong / Missing ItemsSubmit within 30 calendar days after delivery; high-value & 3C products: up to 60 days.
  • Non-DeliveryFull refund can be filed immediately if not received 7 days after estimated arrival date.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund Available

  • Quality defects, damage, functional issues
  • Wrong, missing, or incorrect items
  • Significant mismatch with product description
  • Lost package, shipping damage, seller-caused customs failure
  • Duplicate or incorrect overcharge

Non‑Refundable Items

  • Customized / personalized products (non-quality issues)
  • Intimate apparel, opened beauty & personal care
  • Food, supplements, perishables
  • Digital goods (codes, accounts, memberships, downloads)
  • Clearance / final sale items
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items affecting resale

3. Refund Terms

  • Seller’s Fault (Quality, Error)Full refund (product + original shipping). Return shipping covered by seller.Options: refund only, return & refund, or replacement.

4. Processing Time

  • Support response within 24 hours
  • Return & refund: 5–10 business days after inspection

5. Return Process

  1. Buyer submits order number + photos + issue
  2. Seller approves and provides RMA number + return address
  3. Buyer returns item and provides tracking number
  4. Warehouse inspects within 3 business days
  5. Approved: refund; Not approved: notification provided

6. Important Notes

  • Cross-border taxes (VAT, duties) are non‑refundable.
  • Buyer is responsible for proper packaging.
  • Malicious returns / fraud may result in denied service and account restrictions.

7. Compliance

  • EU / UK: mandatory 14‑day free return
  • US: 30‑day free return recommended
